FabFitFun VIP Box Review: FabFitFun VIP Fall 2013

The last FabFitFun VIP Box was so much fun that I've really been looking forward to the third installment for this quarterly box. Due to some shipping snafus, this Fab Fit Fun fall VIP box was sent out a bit later than originally intended -- the target date was in September, but I'm actually just fine with a fall box in October since the weather is just now finally starting to feel "fallish" around here.

Gorjana & Griffin Canary Scarf (retail $57): It's the scarf that launched a million credit cards straight out of wallets :D. And yes it is every bit worth buying the box just for this. This brand is quality, they are always on-trend, and I think the Gorjana scarves are just so beautiful and versatile. It is huge and can be used as a thin shawl, or a sarong as well. I like this even more than the Gorjana scarf that PopSugar sent us a few months ago!

Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Cleansing Foam (retail $29):This item was missing from the box but is on the way now. Can't wait to try this out, I've heard so many raves about Bliss!

Starlooks Eyeshadow Palette (Ibiza palette, retail $41): I love this palette. This is the nicest Starlooks products I've ever had. When I saw these colors I was very interested, and when I swatched them...

When I swatched them, I really fell in love! This is NO PRIMER here and it looks amazing, and it did last. I love how easily these glide on. The colors are so easy to work with and I can't wait to try a new look mixing a few of these up.

SpaRitual Nail Lacquer (in shade Hypnotic, retail $12): Out of all the one million bottles of polish I seem to have, there is not a single bottle of SpaRitual. So I'm very pleased to get to try this. The shade looks like such an ideal color for fall, makes me think of bonfires and leaves, just lovely.

Surface Trinity Protein Hair Cream (retail $27): This is said to make hair stronger and smoother. It has Amaranth Protein and Babassu Oil. It repairs the most damaged cuticles while strenghtening hair. I'm very excited to try this out, the reviews I've seen really rave about it. I've got a lot of long hair so anything to make it healthier, stronger, shinier, etc, sounds like a must have item for me.

Standing Slim with Sadie Lincoln (retail $19.95): This workout DVD is half an hour long and consists of Sadie's favorite "go to" exercises to get a toned upper body, tighter lifted butt, and sculpted legs. 

Drinkwel Multivitamin for Drinkers (retail around $2.99): I am going to try these out soon. I've heard they actually do work remarkably well and I am completely fascinated by the concept.

Health Warrior Chia bar (coffee flavor, retail $1.99) and Orville Redenbacher popcorn (pack of 3 pop up bowls, retail $2.99): Not eating the Health Warrior bar only because I hate coffee bars, coffee ice cream, coffee flavor foods in general. I just want my coffee to be...coffee.  My friend Tammy tried this and likes it -- she likened it to a moist latte-flavored rice cake! I am interested to try another of their flavors, however, as I LOVE protein bars, power bars, etc. The popcorn is a kind of fun inclusion, it will get eaten and I do like the nod to health consciousness as this is a "Naturals" line from OR.

 So, I loved this box. What's not to love? Gorgeous fashion item, beauty essentials, workout DVD, healthy snacks, and other unique and fun inclusions = a great quarterly subscription box. Yes, there are some shipping issues that they are still working on but I've been very impressed with their customer service and transparency of late. I do believe this box continues to grow better and better, and I am extremely excited to look ahead to the winter box (looks like we will be seeing that in January.)
