Birchbox Review: June 2014 + Birchbox Coupon Code!

Birchbox sent me a great box this month. I am excited for each of the products. And, for the first time ever, I got seven items. Of  course, a few of those were very small, but particularly exciting for me was the fact that this translates into 70 Birchbox points when I did the short product reviews (That translates to $7!)

Birchbox is $10 per month. They normally send four to six beauty and/or lifestyle samples.  This is my favorite $10 range beauty box.

Harvey Prince Hello: I like BB perfumes because they are the mini atomizer type. This one is very nice, perfect for summer with citrus notes being the most prevalent for me.
Davine's Love Smoothing Shampoo: This is a great sample size and I think it will be good for at least four shampoos. It smells so good! Apparently figs are in it, and it smelled so nice that my whole Birchbox smelled lightly of it. Reviews are pretty good in the BB  shop so I'll give this a try tonight.
Suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser: This is a huge favorite of mine already and I can't live without it. The lemon smell (good enough to eat) and the way it makes my skin feel super clean just can't be beat. Passed to my sister since I have a full size already.
Egyptian Magic All Purpose Skin Cream: I've heard about this and always wanted to try it. It's apparently a
face cream, an eye gel, a hair masque, a treatment for burns, and has even been know to heal psoriasis and eczema. All natural ingredients.
Davine's Love Conditioner: Matches the bottle of shampoo I got. Probably a one-use packet, but I use conditioner only once or twice per week so that's fine.
Davine's All in One Milk: This is a foil of a multi-benefit beauty treatment for hair (shine, tames frizz, etc). I have long hair so I anticipate this being a one-use deal. It goes on after shampoo (kind of like a leave in conditioner.)  Looking forward to trying it.
LaQa & Co Lip Lube: I've seen people getting these in all types of colors, and I was hoping for something rather subdued. Luckily, I got this very pretty one! These go on very light and feel almost like a gloss. It looks at least two shades lighter on than it does in the pencil. Use it over the whole lip in place of gloss or lipstick. Already in my cosmetic pouch and I'll be using this all summer.

If you want 100 free Birchbox points when you sign up for a subscription (cancel anytime) use the code BBJETBLUE or womenshealth100 to get your points.
