Ipsy Review: Ipsy November 2013

Ipsy had an absolutely fantastic month in November! This is one month where I literally stared at the contents of this bag and thought how really amazing it is that we get all this stuff for just $10/month. I may be a 12-year old girl at heart, but the adorable gold and pink wristlet bag this month also made me really love the Glambag this time. I'd call this the best Ipsy of the year,  closely followed by the May Glambag.
Em by Michelle Phan Creamy Color Sheer Lipstick in "Nude Lace" (retail $16.50): This was the free bonus sixth item that they sent out to subscribers and I'm excited to try the Em line. Pretty pricey, so I'm pleased we get to try this for free.
Be a Bombshell Lip Crayon (retail $14): The color is called "Hot Damn" and it's entirely too bright for my tastes, but I'm trading this with a friend who got the pinky shade.
Nailtini Nail Lacquer in "Caviar Cocktail"(retail $13): This is (I believe) the fourth time I've had Nailtini in my Ipsy bag and it is always a very welcome item. Love the Nailtini formula. This was sent out in another shade as well, Liquid Luau. I like this silvery gunmetal grey shade but since I already have similar colors I am trading for the gorgeous rosy/coral/silverish shade of Liquid Luau.
Bh Cosmetics Galaxy Chic Baked Eyeshadow in "Aphrodite"(sample size, retail around $1-$2): What a gorgeous shade! I enjoyed the BH cosmetics shadow I got to try previously in Ipsy and I am especially liking the "baked" aspect, makes for a nice texture.

Pixi Beauty Bronzer in "Summertime"(retail around $9, about half size): This is the darkest of the three shades sent out. Either it was luck of the draw OR Ipsy actually pays some attention to profiles because I do have my skintone listed as dark. Even so, this is SO dark that I'm saving it for a summer bronzer when I'm at my very darkest. I like some Pixi stuff while I hate others, but I'm willing to give it a try. Least favorite item of the bag, but everything else more than made up for it!

The sixth item in my bag was a Starlooks Gem Eye Pencil in Mirage (retail $14). I somehow didn't manage to photograph it individually before my sister ran off with it. These pencils are very pretty and so shimmery, so this was a great item to get.

I LOVED this Ipsy Glambag for November, and this is probably my best Ipsy review of the year so far. I can't wait to see what they'll have for us for December. You simply can't beat the value of this subscription. $10/month, and they've been sending us tons of full size items.  For just $10 I got nearly $70 worth of product, not counting the cute wristlet bag.

Ipsy does have a waiting list, but the sooner you get on it the sooner you can start getting Glambags. Get on the Ipsy waitlist here:IPSY
