Ipsy arrived today! The Ipsy Glambag is $10/month and contains one cosmetics bag (varies each month) and four to five sample size or full size beauty products.
I'm quite pleased with Ipsy this month, especially with the product I thought I would like the least, oddly enough! The bag:

Close up of the lovely bag, which was designed by Rebecca Minkoff this month. |

Marc Anthony Dream Waves Beach Spray (1.52 oz, retail value around $2): Smells like coconut (extremely delicious!) and makes hair kind of crunchy. So, yes, it makes hair feel like you just got out of the ocean. |
Essence of Beauty Wind Kissed (2 oz, retail around $1.75): This is sold at CVS. I was not at all pleased to see this in my Glambag, and then I tried it. I love it. Reminds me of Dancing Waters from Bath & Body Works, one of my favorite fragrances. I'll be purchasing this again. |
Nicka K Shimmer Eyeliner ($4.99, full size): This is very pretty. I got the green shade (blue was also sent out) and I like it in moderation. It definitely has shimmer and thus isn't totally natural looking, but it's the perfect shade for my eyes. |
Nyx Butter Gloss in "Apple Strudel"(full size, retail $5): I've heard people raving about these and couldn't quite understand all the fuss, but now I get it. This goes on..well, like butter, and it's a beautiful shade with good coverage. Not gloopy, not sticky, feels natural. Lasted a few hours, which isn't too bad. I'll be buying these in a few other pink and neutral shades. |
Be a Bombshell Lash Out Mascara (full size, retail $15): Nice to get a full size mascara. I like BaB products in general, although I think we've really had enough of them in Ipsy in the last year or so. Haven't tried this yet, will go in pile of mascara I have to use eventually. |
Pretty good month for Ipsy. I got around $30 in product for $10, not counting the adorable makeup bag. I'll use every item this month, so I'm happy! What did you get in your Ipsy this month? If you don't have an Ipsy yet, get it here:
