Wantable Review: Dec 2014

Wantable is a $36/month higher end makeup box (they also have an accessories box and an intimates box that I review - a fitness box is coming soon.)

You get only full-size products with Wantable (typically four to five items each month), and they send you products that are customized for your profile. If you take some time to really customize your profile, you can dictate what you'll get pretty effectively. This month I geared my quiz towards eye products, beauty tools, and lip products. I said "no" on blush and bronzers since I'm full up at the moment.

Thanks to the high level of customization I virtually always get colors and products that are really perfect for me. Everybody's box is unique, so no spoilers - thus, opening it is always a great surprise!
Mica Beauty Pink Kabuki Brush (retail $35): Love it! This is the type of item I'd never pay full price (it's hard for me to pay big bucks for tools, for some reason...) for so I'm thrilled to get it in the box.

Ofra Shadow + Primer in One - "In The Flesh" (retail $17.50): I like this shade, it's a very nice neutral which suits my tastes perfectly.

Vincent Longo Perfect Shine Lip Gloss (retail $22): Smells yummy vanilla, and has a nice subtle color. It's definitely high shine. I think this works best for me when layered lightly over a neutral lipstick. Once again pleased with the quality of Vincent Longo.
Elizabeth Mott Smooth Shadow Creamy Eye Pencil (retail $14.99): This is a gel pencil that is waterproof. It's pretty easy to get decent color out of it in a single swipe so I'm looking forward to using this.

Elizabeth Mott pencil close up.
I thought the box was good this month. I was happy to see high value items, especially the beautiful kabuki brush! You can get Wantable anytime (they usually ship within a few days of your order) for $36, and then cancel anytime. Try it here: Wantable
